From today's Wall Street Journal:
"In the first hour of the cease-fire, which Palestinian and Israeli media reported was starting Sunday evening, several rockets were fired into southern Israel. An Israeli government spokesman said Israel's responses to rocket fire would be "surgical" and measured. A spokesman for Hamas wasn't available to comment."One can perhaps assume that the reason the spokesman wasn't available was.... Let's hope so.
