I don't know if they're kidding, but according to Le Monde, Sarah Obama Onyango, an 87 year old woman living in Kenya, has celebrated the election of her grandson as President of the United States by sacrificing a cow.

They reveled and cavorted in the name of Guy Fawkes. Remember him? A political activist (and a convert to Catholicism) of grand proportion.
