How Nuts Can the World Get?

[la grand-mere]
I don't know if they're kidding, but according to Le Monde, Sarah Obama Onyango, an 87 year old woman living in Kenya, has celebrated the election of her grandson as President of the United States by sacrificing a cow.

I suppose it's a skoshe better than having a cow!

  2. Is this a metric skoshe, or the old kind?

  3. The question is: What have we sacrificed by electing Sarah Onyango's grandson?

  4. The residents of the United Kingdom celebrated the election by performing acts they had been rehearsing for 392 years in anticipation of this election. They reveled and cavorted in the name of Guy Fawkes. Remember him? A political activist (and a convert to Catholicism) of grand proportion.

  6. Hmmm...
What does the 'a' HTML tag do?

Does it convert the text into a link?

    link text

but it has to have 'href=' in the opening 'a' and then a URL.
